Top Requirements
(Must haves) Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
Significant experience in a Scrum Master role (not entry-level).
Proven expertise in JIRA, including building and managing automations.
Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce environments; direct Salesforce experience highly preferred.
Basic understanding of Copado and its integrations.
Experience working with multiple, distributed teams across organizations.
Remote work eligible; preference for candidates located in Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Northern California, Nevada
